You can find Theodoma India Pvt Ltd. over at Durvankur D-2 A-Wing. We are in Room 404, which is near Rakshak Nagar, Phase-2 in Chandan Nagar. The office is right by the Mundwa Bypass here in Pune-411014. It’s a bit of a mouthful to explain to delivery drivers sometimes, but we’ve been here long enough that most people find us eventually. Being near the bypass means there is always a lot of traffic and noise, but it makes getting around easier if you time it right. Our office is a busy little hub. We have papers everywhere and there is usually a lot of chatter going on between the desks. It’s not a silent, sterile environment by any means. We are just a group of people trying to keep things moving. We don't spend money on expensive signs or lobby art. The focus is always on the work sitting in front of us. Most of the staff live in the surrounding neighborhoods, so we feel pretty connected to this part of Pune. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, and we have to take the stairs, but that's just part of the daily routine. We don't try to act like we're some huge global firm. We're just Theodoma, working out of our wing in Chandan Nagar and doing what we need to do to keep the lights on and the work flowing without making it too complicated.
