We are a small team working out of this space, mostly focusing on fixing gadgets that have seen better days. Phones are a big part of life now, so when one breaks, it's a bit of a disaster for most people. We understand that. We spend our hours looking at tiny screws and circuit boards under bright lights. It's quiet work until someone walks in with a question or a broken screen. The compound itself has its own rhythm, and we’ve become part of that daily flow over time. We don't have those shiny glass displays you see in the big malls. Our space is more about the tools and the spare parts scattered around the workbench. Sometimes the repairs are quick, and sometimes we’re scratching our heads wondering what went wrong with a particular device. We just take it as it comes. People from around Kothrud stop by because we’re easy to find and we’ve been here long enough that they know where we sit. It’s not a complicated business model. We fix things, people pay us, and they go home. It’s how we’ve always done it. The neighborhood keeps us busy enough, and there is always another phone waiting to be looked at on the desk after this one is finished.
