The Indian Smelting Refining Co Ltd

Our place is located at 1/1 Bharat Co Op Housing Society, in the South Sadar Bazar area of Solapur. The name is The Indian Smelting Refining Co Ltd. It’s a bit of a mouthful, I know. We’ve been based here in Maharashtra for a long time. It’s more of an industrial type of setup, as you can probably guess from the name. We deal with metals and refining, which is hard work and can get pretty messy. Our office isn’t in a skyscraper; it’s just part of the society here. It’s where we handle all the technical details and the orders that come in. There’s usually a bit of dust around and the sound of machinery isn’t too far off. We spend a lot of time checking numbers and making sure the quality is what it should be. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s important. The folks who work here have been doing this for a long time and they know their stuff. Solapur is a good place to be, even if it gets incredibly hot in the summer. We just keep the water cold and keep working. We don't have a PR department or anything like that. We just do the work, send out the orders, and wait for the next day to start. It’s a practical business run by people who just want to get the job done right and provide for their families at the end of the day.
