You can find us on the ground floor over in Shivneri Nagar, Kondhwa Budruk. We’re in Lane 25, right near the Reliance Tower. Being on the ground floor is great because we don't have to deal with elevators. It makes it easy for people to just pop in. We have a small sign outside so you don't miss us. The space isn't huge, but we’ve organized it well with our workstations and a little area for tea. Teratech Solutions is mainly about tech support and fixing things that go wrong with computers and networks. People from around the area bring in their laptops, or we go out to their offices. It’s dusty work sometimes, cleaning out old fans or crawling under desks to fix wiring. We don’t wear suits or anything like that. Just regular clothes that we don't mind getting a bit dirty. We’ve been in Kondhwa for a while now and know most of the other shop owners on the lane. It’s a friendly spot. We don't use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to people. We just tell them what’s broken and how we can fix it. It’s practical. If it’s not worth fixing, we’ll tell you that too. We just want to do a good job so people keep trusting us with their gear. It gets a bit busy around lunch, but that's okay.
