Our office is located at House No- C4 in the row houses of Kubera Gardens, just off the main road in Kondhwa. It’s a residential-feeling area, which makes the work environment a bit more relaxed than being in a big high-rise. We deal with security matters, which mostly involves planning and managing things from our desks here. The house has been converted to fit our needs, so it’s got a bit of a homey feel but with all the files and equipment we need for work. Kondhwa is a busy part of town, but once you turn into Kubera Gardens, things quiet down a little bit. We spend a lot of our day on the phone or meeting with people who come by to talk about their security needs. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees; we are just a dedicated team doing our jobs every day. There’s usually someone around to answer the door if you drop by. We’ve been at this address for a while now, and the neighbors are used to seeing us coming and going at all hours. It’s a practical setup for us because it’s central enough to reach other parts of Pune easily. We don't have any fancy mission statements or slogans. We just focus on the task at hand and try to make sure everything is handled properly before we close up for the night.
