Our office is based in Navi Mumbai, where things feel a little more spread out than the main city. We are a small group of people working on computers all day, mostly dealing with data and technical stuff that needs to get done. It isn't like those fancy tech companies you see in movies with bean bags and free food everywhere. We have normal desks, some older chairs, and the hum of the air conditioner to keep us company. Most of us spend the morning commuting through the traffic or on the train to get here. Once we sit down, it’s all about looking at screens and trying to solve whatever issues came up overnight. We do a lot of tech support and back-end work that people don't really see. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we all get a bit frustrated, but usually, we just get through the pile of tasks we have. It’s a quiet environment for the most part, except for the sound of typing. We don't really have a big story about how we started; we just saw a need for these services and set up shop here. Navi Mumbai is a good place for us because it’s a bit calmer, even though the work keeps us busy enough. We just try to do our jobs and go home to our families at the end of the day.
