The full name we use is Tekvision Softtech & Accessibility Solut Ions LLP, which is a bit of a mouthful, but it covers what we do. We focus on software and making sure things are accessible for everyone. Our spot in Pune-411015 is more of a practical workspace than a showy office. The street outside is usually a mix of cars and people going about their business. Inside, the walls are mostly covered with notes and maybe a few posters. We don’t go for the high-end office furniture; we just use what is comfortable and gets the work done. The team spends most of the day talking about how to make digital stuff easier to use. It's not always easy, and sometimes we go around in circles trying to fix a single bug. We take our breaks when we can, often just stepping outside for a bit of fresh air on the road. It’s a straightforward environment. We don't have a big HR department or a cafeteria. We usually just order something in or bring lunch from home. It's a small team, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. We are just a group of people in Tingre Nagar trying to build things that actually work for people who need them.
