Teknovance Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is based out of Balajinagar in Pune. We are located at Sadguru Park Apartment, specifically in Flat No. 32, care of M. R. Joshi. It’s a bit of a residential feel here, which we actually like because it stays relatively quiet during the day. Big corporations have skyscrapers, but we're different. It’s just a small team working out of an apartment space, getting things done. Pune is a great city for this kind of work. Being in Balajinagar keeps us away from the worst of the city traffic. Most of our days are spent on the computer, looking at solutions for different projects. There might be piles of papers or some extra monitors sitting around, but it’s our space. We don't worry about being too formal. If someone stops by, they usually find us busy with coffee and code. Everyone here knows each other by name. We handle whatever comes our way, from small fixes to larger tasks. Sometimes the rainy season makes the commute a bit of a mess, but we show up and do the work regardless. No receptionist works here; if the bell rings, one of us just gets up to answer it. It’s a very practical way to run a business. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay organized in our own way, keeping things moving along.
