We are located over in Kharadi, specifically in Pittie Kourtyard. If you know Pune, you know how busy this side of town has become lately. Our office is at Flat B/802 on the eighth floor. It is not some massive corporate headquarters with a lobby and a fountain, just a regular space where we get our work done every day. Teknoforge Innovations Llp started because we wanted to do things our own way without all the red tape you find in bigger places. Most mornings start with someone making a pot of tea while the rest of us settle in at our desks. The view from the window overlooks some of the other tall buildings in the area, and you can hear the traffic down on S No 30/1 if the window is open. We spend a lot of time looking at designs and trying to figure out how to make things work better. It’s often quiet in here because everyone is focused, but we do talk a lot when a problem gets stuck. We don't have fancy titles or a dress code, mostly just jeans and t-shirts. The neighborhood has some good food spots nearby, which helps when we stay late to finish a project. It’s a practical setup. We aren’t trying to change the world in a day, just handling one innovation at a time from our little corner of Kharadi. It gets the job done and keeps us busy.
