Tekcare India Pvt Ltd has been operating out of A-120 in Shankar Nagar for a while now. This part of Cidco New Nanded in Maharashtra is a busy place to be. The office is tucked away in 6/3, and it’s a bit of a maze if you aren't used to the street layout here. We have a few rooms filled with equipment and old chairs. It gets pretty hot in the summer, so we have the fans running constantly. It makes a bit of a hum in the background while we work. Most of us have been here since the start. We know the tea stall guy down the road by name. We don't really have a big corporate structure. If something needs doing, someone just grabs it and gets it done. The paperwork can pile up sometimes on the desks, but we find what we need eventually. Nanded is a good place to work, even if the traffic is a mess in the evenings. We deal with a lot of different things throughout the week. Sometimes it’s quiet and we just catch up on filing. Other days, the phone won’t stop ringing and we’re all running around. It is a very normal office life. No fancy slogans on the walls. Just some calendars and maybe a photo or two. We just do our bit and keep the lights on.
