We’re a small group of people who actually enjoy the technical side of things. We aren't really into the whole corporate culture thing with the jargon and the powerpoint presentations. Usually, it's just a few of us hunched over computers trying to figure out why a piece of code isn't doing what it's supposed to. We’ve had some long nights here, especially when a deadline is coming up fast. There's always some snacks in the drawer because nobody likes working on an empty stomach. We started out with just a couple of desks and not much else. Now we have a few more people, but the vibe is still pretty much the same. It's relaxed but we stay focused on the task. We don't have a lot of rules, just that the work needs to be honest and it needs to work. The office isn't anything to brag about, but it’s ours and we like it that way. We get a lot of locals dropping by to ask questions. We try to help out where we can. It’s a regular job, and we’re glad to be doing it here in Hadapsar. Most of us take the bus or ride bikes to get in, and we usually end the day with a quick chat.
