You can find Techved Solutions Llp over in Vadgaon Khurd. We’re in the Rajyog B housing society, specifically Flat 25 in the C1 building. It’s located in the Lagadmala area, right behind the Lokmat press, which is a good landmark if you’re trying to find us for the first time. Since we’re in a residential building, it’s a bit quieter than a typical downtown office, which we all appreciate. It feels a bit more like a home, which helps keep the stress levels down when things get busy. We do a lot of tech work here, mostly focusing on things like web development and system fixes. There are a few of us who have been doing this for years, and we decided to just do our own thing here in Vadgaon. We don't have a big HR department or a bunch of managers. We just talk to each other and get things done. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes out, but we just deal with it and move on. It’s an honest way to make a living, helping people with their tech problems. We don’t make big promises we can’t keep. We just look at what needs to be fixed or built and tell you how long it’ll take. It’s a simple way of working, but it’s served us well so far. We like being part of this local community and doing things our way.
