Techratna It Solutions Pvt Ltd is based in Chinchwad at the Aarti Complex. We are specifically located in the Kalushi NI POL area. It’s an interesting part of town, always something going on outside our windows. The Aarti Complex is an older building, so it has some character, but the elevator can be a bit moody. We’ve been here long enough that we know all the quirks of the plumbing and the lights. We do IT solutions, which is a broad way of saying we fix tech problems for businesses and regular folks. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and trial and error. Our office is packed with monitors and servers that hum all day long. Sometimes the noise is like white noise and helps us focus. We aren't into big fancy presentations or anything like that. We prefer to just sit down and show people what’s wrong and how we can fix it. It’s more honest that way. Chinchwad is a busy hub, so there’s never a dull moment. We have our favorite places to grab a quick bite during our break. Usually, we’re too busy to take a long lunch anyway. We don't use much corporate lingo because it just gets in the way of actually working. We are just a group of people who are good with computers and decided to make a business out of it. It works for us.
