Technotel Services Llp is based in Pune. We are located on the sixth floor of the Senha Building, which is at S No. 111/6/12. If you are trying to find us, we are right opposite the Swami Samarth Mandir. That temple is a big landmark in this part of Pune, so it makes it easier for people to find the building. Being on the sixth floor gives us a bit of a view, though it’s mostly just other rooftops and the busy street below. We are just a small team. We don’t have a big HR department or a floor full of managers. Usually, it’s just us sitting at our desks working through the daily service requests. The elevator in the building can be a bit slow sometimes, especially during the morning rush. We decided to set up here because it’s a central enough spot for everyone. We don’t have any polished slogans or fancy mission statements on the walls. We just have our computers and our phones. Most of our day is spent talking to people and trying to solve problems. Pune is a great city for this kind of work, and we’ve been part of the local scene for a bit. It’s a simple office for simple work. We aren't trying to change the world, just doing our jobs. Most of us take the bus to get here.
