Our office is in Baner, Pune, specifically at Row House Number 9 in the Baner Cassia complex. We are right across from the Shivneri Society. Choosing a row house instead of a typical office building was a deliberate choice for us. It makes the workday feel a bit more relaxed and less like a corporate grind. Technooyster is the name of our company, and we have been operating from this spot for quite a while. The house has a few different rooms that we have converted into workspaces. We have got cables running through the hallways and desks set up where the dining table used to be. It is a bit of a makeshift setup, but it works perfectly for the tech projects we handle. We are a small group of people who just want to get the job done right. We do not have formal dress codes or a lot of rules. Most of the time, we are just sitting at our screens, drinking coffee and working through various technical problems. Baner is a busy area with lots of shops and cafes, so we often step out for a break when we need some fresh air. We are not trying to change the world or anything like that. We just want to provide solid technical services and keep our clients satisfied. It is a practical way of working, and being in a house makes the long hours a lot more bearable for everyone involved.
