Our place is located at 1559/1560 in Chikhlee. It’s a bit of a spread across those two plot numbers, which gives us the room we need for Techno Vision Engineers Pvt Ltd. Chikhlee is one of those areas that feels like it’s always growing, with new workshops and units opening up all the time. We’ve been here long enough to see the roads change and more people move into the vicinity. Our building is practical and built for work, nothing fancy or for show. We mostly deal with technical engineering stuff, so the inside is full of tools, parts, and a few desks piled with papers. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but we keep the fans going and stay on task. The surrounding area has a lot of small shops where we grab lunch or pick up supplies. It’s a busy environment, and you can hear the sounds of construction or fabrication from the neighbors throughout the day. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. If someone comes by, they usually just find us back where the work is happening. We like the grit of Chikhlee. It’s a place where people actually make things. We just keep our heads down, focus on the engineering projects we have on hand, and try to get everything done by the end of the day. It’s a simple routine.
