We are based out of Flat No 204 in Wing L at Pristine Profile, Phase-2 in Wakad. It is a bit different being in a residential area for this kind of thing, but it works for us. We handle a lot of the coordination for the precision tools from here. Most of our day is spent on the phone or on the computer checking specs and orders. The Sandhog name is what we deal with. These tools are used for very specific machining tasks where you can’t afford to be wrong. It’s mostly about making sure the right parts get to the right people at the right time. Wakad has grown so much lately, it’s actually quite convenient to be here now. We don't have a massive showroom with flashing lights. It's just a regular office setup where we keep track of everything. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped with all the paperwork and catalogs, but we manage. We’ve been focusing on these precision tools because there is always a need for them in the local industry. People call us when they need something very specific that they can't find elsewhere. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just reliable. It is a lot of checking numbers and verifying dimensions. We drink a lot of tea and try to keep up with the emails.
