Technasoft Solutions

Pune traffic is something else these days, but we manage to get into the office at Technasoft Solutions every morning. We’re based in Maharashtra, and it’s a fairly typical tech environment, just a bit more relaxed than the big firms. We don't have a HR department or a big marketing wing. It’s just us sitting in a room, working through various software solutions for people who need them. The office has a bit of a lived-in feel, with old newspapers on the table and wires running along the floor. We talk about the local sports matches or where to get the best lunch as much as we talk about our projects. It’s a comfortable place to spend the day. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big fancy words. We just write code or fix bugs and try to make sure everything works like it’s supposed to. Some days are long, and we end up staying late with some takeaway food, but mostly we head out at a decent hour. Pune has a good vibe, and we feel right at home here. The computers are a bit loud sometimes, and the AC is a bit temperamental, but it’s our space. We don't have any big mission statements. We just show up, do the work, and try to keep things moving forward. It’s just a regular job for regular people who happen to know a bit about software and databases.
