You can find us at Office No. 3 in the Kumar Prayag Society. We are located at 596 Narayan Peth, which is a busy part of the city. The streets around here are pretty narrow, so if you are driving, it can be a bit of a headache to find a parking spot. We’ve been in this office for a good while. It’s a small space, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need into it. Techmate is basically just a few of us who know a lot about computers and software. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive furniture. Our desks are mostly covered in notes and empty coffee mugs. The society itself is quite old-fashioned, which provides a nice contrast to the tech work we do inside. We usually have the radio on in the background while we work. People drop in occasionally with questions, and we do our best to help them out. It’s a very local feel here. We know the shopkeepers nearby and they know us. Work usually starts around ten and we keep going until the tasks for the day are finished. We don’t have any big corporate goals written on the walls. We just want to do a decent job so people come back to us. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business in the heart of the peth. We enjoy the local atmosphere.
