Techleaf Corporation

Our office for Techleaf Corporation is up on the seventh floor, Office No. 703 to be exact. We are in the Yash Rhythm building, which is just off NIBM Road in Parge Nagar, Kondhwa. It’s a pretty busy part of Pune, and the view from the seventh floor is actually alright, though we mostly just look at our monitors all day. We do a lot of coding and digital work here. It’s a fairly quiet office because everyone is usually concentrated on their tasks. We aren't one of those startups with a ping-pong table or free snacks everywhere. We just have good coffee and comfortable chairs, which is what really matters when you’re sitting for hours. The building is relatively new, so the elevators usually work, which is a plus. We have a small team of developers and some support staff. We don't really have a big public face; we just do our work and send it off to the clients. Sometimes we have meetings in the small conference room, but mostly we just talk over the desks. Kondhwa is a good area to be in, even if the traffic on NIBM road can be a bit much in the evenings. We try to head out before the rush starts. It’s a professional enough setup, but it’s not stiff or overly formal. We just like to get things finished on time and go home to our families. It is a decent way to spend the day.
