Techfactorial India Private Limited

Techfactorial India operates out of Wakad. We are in the Nandan Inspera building, specifically flat C 1 901 on Sno 187/3/7. Wakad has changed a lot lately, getting much more crowded with all the new buildings and IT folks moving in. Our office is high up on the 9th floor, so we get a bit of a breeze when the windows are open. It’s not a huge setup, just a practical workspace where we manage our tech projects. We have a small team, and most of us have been working together for a good bit now. The morning routine usually involves fighting for a parking spot and then heading up to get the coffee started. We don't really do the whole corporate hierarchy thing here. If something needs fixing, whoever knows how to do it just jumps in. The building is pretty modern, which is nice, but inside our unit, it’s just a regular workplace. We have some plants that we try to keep alive, though we forget to water them sometimes. Outside, the traffic on the main road can be a headache, but once you’re inside C 1 901, it’s fairly quiet. We just focus on the work at hand, trying to get through the daily list of things to do. It’s a straightforward way of working, and it seems to suit us just fine.
