Techcognics India Private Limited is based out of Flat No 5B 1201 at Kalpataru Gardens in Manjari. It’s a residential area in the Hadapsar part of Pune. Working from a flat has its own vibe, honestly. You get to avoid the sterile feeling of a massive glass office building. Usually, it's just the sounds of the neighborhood in the background while we work on our projects. Being in Haveli, we are close to the main hubs but tucked away enough to actually focus. We’ve been here for a while now. The 412307 area code is home to us. Getting to the office means navigating the Pune traffic, which everyone knows can be a bit of a headache. But once we are inside 1201, it’s just us and our screens. We don’t do big fancy presentations or use corporate jargon. We just handle the tasks that come our way. Sometimes the lifts are slow, or the delivery guy gets lost in the gardens, but it’s a good place to work. We spend most of our hours looking at data and code. It’s a small group of us, so we all know each other well. There is no hierarchy here, really. If something needs doing, someone just grabs it and does it. It's a very practical way to run things. We are just a local Pune business trying to keep things moving forward one day at a time.
