Tech Support

We are over in Hanuman Nagar, right near the Hanuman Provision Stores on Paud Road in Pune. It’s a pretty easy landmark to find if you’re from the area. The shop is called Tech Support, though that’s a pretty common name, we’re the ones here in the 411038 zip code. We spend our days dealing with various gadgets and systems that folks bring in when they're having trouble. Pune is a big city, but our little corner of it feels a bit more like a community. We aren't some big call center; it’s just us in a physical shop. People usually come in after they’ve tried everything else and are feeling frustrated. We take a look, see what we can do, and go from there. The shop can be a bit messy with cables and parts lying around, but we know where everything is. It’s a practical space. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy descriptions. We just do the technical work that needs doing. Sometimes the traffic on Paud Road is a nightmare, but once you get inside, it’s all about the hardware. We’ve been at this for some time now, and we’ve seen technology change quite a bit, but the basic problems usually stay the same. We just try to help out where we can and keep things moving.
