Our office is in the STPI building in Phase-1 of Hinjewadi. We are situated in the Upmarket section, care of Pallavi Lokhande. Being in Hinjewadi means we are right in the middle of Pune’s IT hub. You can feel the energy of the place as soon as you drive in, though the traffic can be a real nightmare sometimes. Our space inside the building is functional and straightforward. We don’t have any of those trendy office perks like nap pods or free snacks. It’s just a place to get work done. We have our computers, a decent internet connection, and enough chairs for everyone. Most of us have been working in tech for a while, so we know the drill. We don't spend time on long presentations about our goals. We just look at the tasks for the day and get started. The STPI building is a bit more professional than a residential flat, but we still keep things casual inside our own area. We talk to each other like regular people, not like corporate robots. If someone makes a mistake, we just fix it and move on. We don’t have a big HR team to handle things. We just talk it out. It’s a practical way to work in a busy place like this. We like being part of the Hinjewadi scene without the corporate baggage.
