Our place is Shop No. T3/T4 G37, located at S. No. 7/1 To 7/5 in the 8/1F Residences. It’s an interesting setup because we are basically in a shop space within a residential complex. Team Geek Solutions Private Limited has been here for a bit now. The area is a mix of people living their lives and small businesses like ours tucked into the ground floor units. It’s not the kind of place where you’d expect a software company, but it works out well. We have enough room for our computers and a small table where we can sit and talk. The front of the shop looks out onto the common area of the residences. We see people going for their morning walks or heading out to buy groceries. It makes the workday feel a little more connected to the real world. Sometimes we leave the door open to get some air, and you can hear the sounds of the neighborhood. It’s a basic office with no frills. We have some whiteboards where we scribble notes and a small corner for a water cooler. Getting to work is easy for those of us who live nearby. We don't have a big HR department or a front desk. You just walk in and we are right there. It’s a practical way to run things without all the extra layers you find in big firms. We just focus on what's on the screen and get on with it.
