Tc Innovation Llp is tucked away in the Salisbury Park area of Pune. We are located behind Poonawala Garden at Alliance Blossom. It’s actually a nice, green part of the city, which makes the work day a bit more pleasant than being in the city center. Our office is in building 100/36 at Sn.554/2. We aren't a giant corporation with thousands of workers. It's just a small team of us trying to figure out new ways to do things in our industry. We usually start our mornings with a quick chat about what needs to be done before we dive into the technical details. Some days are more productive than others, but we keep showing up and doing the work. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which helps when you need to concentrate on difficult problems. We’ve been in Gidneypark for a while and we’ve gotten to know the local people around here. We aren't here to impress anyone with fancy titles or complicated language. We just want to do a decent job and keep the business running smoothly. Sometimes things go wrong, and we have to stay late to fix them, but that's just how it goes in this line of work. Our office isn't anything special to look at, but it works for us. We focus on the practical side of things, making sure stuff actually works. It's just a small business trying its best every day.
