We've been here at Plot 309/A in Village Shivare for a while now. It's a bit of a drive out to Taluka Bhor, but we like the space. Mostly, we just keep our heads down and get the work done. Tbk India Pvt. Ltd. isn't a massive flashy office or anything. It’s just a place where things happen. We deal with the day-to-day stuff, mostly manufacturing parts and making sure the machines are running right. Some days are busier than others, especially when the weather gets rough around here. The road to the village isn't always great, but we manage to keep everything moving. We have a small crew, mostly local folks who know their way around the shop floor. We don't spend much time on fancy meetings. If something breaks, we fix it ourselves. If a client needs something, we try to get it sorted out by the end of the day. It’s practical work. We’ve had the same sign out front for ages. People know where we are. We just try to do what’s expected and go home at a decent hour. It's not a complicated setup. We focus on the orders we have and making sure they get shipped out from the Shivare site without too many hiccups. That’s pretty much the whole story of what we do. No need to make it sound like more than it is. We drink a lot of tea and stay busy.
