Our facility is located at B-18 in the MIDC Growth Centre in Ranjangaon, Shirur. Being in the industrial zone near Pune means we are surrounded by other factories and warehouses. It’s a very busy area with trucks moving in and out at all hours of the day and night. We have a decent-sized floor here where we handle the steel processing. It’s noisy and there’s always the smell of metal and machinery in the air. The staff here mostly comes from the nearby villages or from Pune itself. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. You just walk in and you're right where the work is happening. The office part is just a few desks partitioned off from the main area. We spend most of our time wearing safety gear and checking the specs on the steel plates. It’s hard work, especially when the machines are running full tilt. We eat our lunch in a small break room that's usually a bit messy. There’s no corporate polish here, just people doing their jobs and trying to stay on schedule. We've had our share of equipment breaking down or parts being late, but we just fix what we can and keep moving. It’s a very practical, hands-on environment every single day. We don't have much time for fluff, just getting the orders filled and the trucks loaded before the shift ends. It’s tiring, but it's good work that keeps us all busy and the local economy going.
