Tata Infomedia Ltd

We are over at 304, Shaileshwar Apts in the Fatimanagar area of Pune. This is where Tata Infomedia Ltd has its local setup. Fatimanagar is a busy spot, and the apartments are right in the middle of it all. The building is a bit older, which means the rooms are actually quite decent in size compared to some of the newer places. We use the third-floor space as our main hub. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is being grumpy, but we don't mind the exercise. Inside, it’s a very simple layout. We’ve got desks set up in what used to be the living room and bedrooms. It doesn't feel like a corporate office at all, more like a place where a group of friends might hang out, except we are all working on various media tasks. There’s always someone coming or going with a bag full of documents. We tend to keep the windows open for the breeze, even if it brings in the noise from the street below. Lunch is usually a communal affair where we talk about everything except work for thirty minutes. We don't go in for fancy presentations or corporate talk. We just handle the daily grind as it comes. It’s an honest, hardworking environment in a regular Pune apartment building. We've been here long enough that the security guard knows all our names and we know most of the neighbors.
