Tata Docomo Brand Stores

We are located in Pimpri, right on H G Road near the Gamdevi area. The Tata Docomo Brand Store is easy enough to spot because of the signs, but the street itself is always a bit of a scramble with people. There are always folks moving around, and the sound of horns is just part of our daily background. We spend most of our time behind the counters talking to people about their mobile phones and their data plans. It’s a lot of explaining things and looking at computer screens or devices. The floor is white tile and we have to mop it several times a day because of all the people walking in from the dusty street outside. Pimpri is a very fast-growing place and you can see new shops going up all around H G Road every year. We have some plastic stools for customers to sit on while they wait, and sometimes there is quite a line during the lunch hour. We try to get through the questions as fast as we can without rushing anyone. Our staff is small, so we all know each other’s habits. We have a tiny back room where we keep some extra stock and a kettle for making tea during the quiet moments in the afternoon. It gets quite bright in here with the overhead lights. We’ve been at this Gamdevi location for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit.
