We are based in Pune, over in the Vishrantwadi area. Specifically, we are in Building 9/2 of Ambanagari on Dhanori Road. This part of Pune has grown a lot lately, but our building still feels quite settled. It is a residential-style complex, so coming to work feels a bit like visiting a neighbor. We have our setup here for the engineering consultancy. It is not a massive campus. We just have our floor and our desks. The Dhanori Road can get quite congested during peak hours, so we all have our little shortcuts to get in. Being in Maharastra, the weather is usually decent, though it rains a lot during the monsoon. We see the kids playing in the complex sometimes during their breaks. It is a very normal, everyday kind of environment. We do not have those big glass walls or high-tech security gates. You just come up to the building and find us. The space inside is used for planning and technical work. We keep it organized because there is a lot to track. It is a quiet place to focus most of the time. We grab snacks from the local shops outside the gate. It is a practical arrangement for us. We have everything we need right here without needing a big corporate office in the center of the city. The stairs are a bit narrow, and the paint is peeling in some spots, but it is home.
