Tata Bluescope Steel

Our office for Tata Bluescope Steel is at Flat No 2, Vasudha. It is in the Mahaganesh Colony on Paud Road. This is in Kothrud, Pune 411029. Being in a flat instead of a big office tower makes it feel more like a local spot. Paud Road is a major road, so there is always something happening. The Mahaganesh Colony is a bit more tucked away, which helps with the noise. We have been here for a while. The office is just a few rooms where we keep our computers and all the steel project files. It is a very comfortable place to work, even if it isn't very large. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment. We just have what we need to get the job done. Kothrud is a nice area and many of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad. We usually have the windows open when the weather is nice. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood throughout the day. It’s a very straightforward environment. No one is trying to be anything they aren't. We just take the orders, talk to the clients, and make sure the steel is moving. It’s a small team and we all know each other well. There is no corporate talk or big meetings. We just sit down, do our tasks, and go home to our families when the day is over.
