We are Tata Bluescope Steel, and you can find us out in Lohegaon, Pune. It’s a bit away from the main city center, which gives us more room to breathe. Lohegaon is changing fast with the airport nearby, but we’re still here doing what we’ve always done. It’s a tough job sometimes, especially when it’s hot outside, but the team sticks together. We don't use any fancy management jargon or have long, pointless meetings. We just look at the schedule and get to work. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living.
