We are over at Ba-21/22 in the Swapnashilp Housing Society. It’s quite near Gandhi Lawns in Kothrud, so we’re easy enough to find if you’re familiar with this side of Pune. Our office is a bit of a mix—half paperwork and half steel talk. We’ve been in this 411 029 area for a bit, and it’s a good place to be. We deal with a lot of different people, from builders to homeowners who are just looking to fix up a roof. We don’t really go in for those polished business presentations. Most of the time, we’re just sitting around a table looking at site plans and drinking tea. It’s a relaxed environment, though we do take the steel business seriously. There’s always someone coming or going, whether it’s a driver with a delivery note or a neighbor stopping by. We like that it feels more like a community hub than a cold office. The space is a bit cramped sometimes because we have so many samples and documents laying around, but it works for us. We just keep our heads down and do the work. If you call us, you’ll talk to one of the guys who actually knows what’s in stock. No robots or complicated phone menus. We just provide the steel products that keep the local buildings standing. It’s a practical way to spend the day, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
