We've been here at Kapoor Heights on Telco Road in Somwar Peth for a while now. Most people know the building. It’s busy around here, especially with the traffic on the main road. Working in life insurance at Tata Aig means we spend a lot of time looking at forms and trying to make sense of the fine print for people who walk in. Some days are slow, other days we have a line out the door. It gets hot in the afternoons, but we keep the fans going. The staff here mostly lives nearby, so we know the shortcuts around Somwar Peth. We don't do big speeches or fancy presentations. If you need to update a beneficiary or ask about a claim, you just come up to the counter and we'll see what the computer says. It’s practical work. We deal with families a lot. Sometimes people are worried when they come in, and we just try to get the facts down on the page. We have been at this branch for quite some time now, and we've seen the neighborhood change quite a bit around Kapoor Heights. Telco Road is always noisy, but inside it's relatively quiet. We just focus on the task at hand, making sure the files are in order and the local residents get their questions answered without too much fuss. It's just a regular office doing regular work.
