It is a relatively organized part of the city, which is a nice change from the more crowded zones. The building itself is pretty plain, and we occupy a small section of it. Inside, it is mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of wires. We are not big on decorations, so the walls are mostly bare except for a calendar or two. The neighborhood is quiet enough, which helps when we need to concentrate on coding or fixing things. We have a small area where we keep the bags and a little corner for the water cooler. Most of us live in the PCMC area, so the commute to Nigdi isn't too bad. We usually start the morning with a quick chat about what needs to be finished. It is a very informal environment. We do not wear suits or anything like that; usually, it is just jeans and t-shirts. The local tea stall is just a short walk away, and that is where most of our breaks happen.
