Tantraeye Technologies

Our small office is tucked away in the Mahesh Nagar area, right on the ground floor. It is a quiet part of Pune compared to the main city center, which we actually prefer. Tantraeye Technologies has been running from this spot for some time now. We do not have a big glass building or a lobby with a security guard. It is more like a converted residential space where we have set up our workstations. Most of the people working here live nearby, so there is a local feel to the place. We spend a lot of time on our screens, dealing with tech projects and troubleshooting stuff. Since we are on the ground floor, we often see people walking by or kids playing in the lane. It makes the workday feel a bit more grounded and less like we are stuck in a cubicle. The kitchen is small, mostly just a kettle for tea and some snacks that someone usually brings in. We do not have many formal meetings. Usually, if there is a problem, we just pull up a chair and talk it out right there. It is a simple way of working. Pune weather is usually nice, so we keep the windows open when it is not too dusty. We are not trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do our work well and keep our heads down. It is a comfortable place for us and we have gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood.
