We’ve been working out of Talawade for a while now. Our spot is at Gat No. 83 in Jyotiba Nagar. It's a busy area and things are always moving around here. We don't have a big fancy office or a lobby. It's just a regular workspace where we get our daily tasks done. Some days are much busier than others, especially when the trucks are coming in and out of the yard. The weather around here can be a bit much, especially in the summer, but we just keep going anyway. We have a small team of people. Everyone knows each other and we've worked together for a long time. Usually, someone is making tea around mid-morning and that's when we catch up. We handle the usual paperwork and orders. If you come by to see us, you’ll see we are mostly focused on moving things along and keeping things organized. Talawade has changed a lot since we first started. There is a lot more traffic and more buildings now. We try to stay on top of everything but sometimes it gets a bit messy during the peak hours. That's just how it is in this kind of business. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we really have to. Most of the real work happens on the floor. It’s loud sometimes with all the machines. We don't mind the noise. It's just part of the job. We aren't trying to be the biggest, we just want to do the work.
