Our office is tucked away in Pragati Park at Kondhwa. We are in Block 2A, Flat 12, which is part of the S.No-8A/10/11 area. It is more of a residential-style setup, which actually makes it feel a bit more comfortable for the team. We are Talenttalk It Services Private Limited, and we spend our hours here working through various IT tasks. It is usually pretty steady work. We have a few computers, some desks that have seen better days, and plenty of wires running across the floor. Kondhwa is a busy area, but once you get inside the park, it settles down a bit. We started this because we knew our way around tech and wanted a place of our own to handle it. You won't find any slick marketing people here, just some folks who know how to manage software and systems. We drink a lot of coffee and sometimes talk over each other when things get busy. The flat has enough room for us to stay organized, even if it gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time. We like the local vibe of the neighborhood, and there are good places nearby to grab a quick snack during the afternoon slump. We just show up, do the work that is expected of us, and head home when the sun goes down. It is a regular life for a regular IT crew in Pune. We just keep our heads down and stay busy.
