You can find Talentick It Solutions Private Limited at the Decision Tower. We’re on the first floor. The building is right on Pune Satara Road in the Swargate area. Most people use the City Pride Theatre as a landmark because we are right beside it. It’s a very busy part of town, especially with the bus stand nearby. Our office is a straightforward space where we handle our IT work. We don't have a big reception or anything like that. It’s just where we sit with our computers and figure things out. Sometimes the traffic noise from the Swargate flyover is a bit much, but inside it’s mostly quiet. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. It makes sense for us because it’s central. People can get here from almost anywhere in Pune quite easily. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just a group of people doing our job. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee, and that's about it for extras. The daily grind here is pretty normal. We arrive, check our emails, work on projects, and talk to each other about what needs doing. It’s a practical setup for an IT business. If you’re near City Pride, you’ve basically found us. We like the convenience of having everything so close, even if it gets a little hectic outside during rush hour. We usually keep some spare cables and old monitors lying around, just in case someone needs a quick fix.
