We are located at Plot 55 in Pallod Farms, which is in the Baner area of Pune. The official address is Survey Number 277, but most people just know us as being in Pallod Farms. We’ve been here for many years and have seen Baner change from a quiet suburb to a busy tech hub. Our office is a practical space where we focus on software development. We don't have the flashy things that newer startups often have. Our furniture is functional and our walls are mostly bare. We think it’s better to put our effort into the actual work we do for our clients. The team is a mix of people who have been here for a long time and some newer faces. We don't have a strict dress code or a lot of formal rules. We just expect everyone to do their part and help out when someone gets stuck. The area around us has some nice trees, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than the middle of the city. We usually have a lot of coffee and spend the day solving various coding problems. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we know how to do. We don't have a big mission or a fancy philosophy. We just want to build things that work and keep our heads down. It’s a straightforward business and we plan to keep it that way for a long time.
