You can find Siddharth Engineers at Jyotiba Nagar in Talawade. We are on Plot No. 10, which is part of Gat No. 199. It’s a busy part of Pune for engineering shops. We’ve been set up here for quite some time. The building isn’t anything special to look at, just a sturdy place where we keep our equipment. We mostly stick to our routine. Mornings start with tea and then we get right into the metalwork. Some of the guys have been working here since they were young. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years, with more shops opening up nearby. It makes for a lot of noise during the day but that’s the sound of work getting done. We don’t have a receptionist or a lobby. If you come by, you’ll probably find us on the shop floor with grease on our hands. We try to keep our promises about when things will be ready. Sometimes parts are late or a machine breaks down, and we just deal with it as it comes. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we do. We don’t use big words to describe our business. We just make things. If someone needs something fixed or built, they bring it to us at Gat No. 199 and we talk it over. It is a straightforward way to live.
