Our workspace is out in the Hadapsar area of Pune, specifically in Bhagirathi Nagar. We are located at Survey Number 209, on 17 1/2 Nali. It’s a part of town that has been growing quite fast lately. Our office isn't anything fancy to look at from the outside or the inside. We just have a few rooms with enough desks for the team and a small corner for making tea. We’ve been here for a while and we know the neighbors pretty well now. The work we do involves a lot of logic and technology, so the atmosphere is usually pretty quiet. We don't have a big marketing budget or anyone to write glossy brochures for us. We just do the work and hope people like it enough to come back. Sometimes the power goes out in the area, but we have a backup to keep things running. It’s a very local operation. Most of us live close by and walk or ride a bike to get here. We don't have big meetings about goals or visions. We just talk about what needs to be fixed today and who is going to do it. It’s a very hands-on approach to running a business. We try to keep things as simple as possible because that usually works best in the long run. We are just people trying to make things work in our own way.
