Our office is located in the Pdo Building, which is right inside the Tata Motors Campus. It’s a huge area along the Old Bombay Pune Highway in Chinchwad. If you know where the More Super Market is, we are actually pretty close to that landmark. Being on a campus like this means there is a lot of security at the gates and many rules about where you can park your bike or car. It’s a manufacturing-focused place, so there is always a lot of technical talk happening in the hallways and around the desks. We spend most of our time at our workstations or walking over to the production areas to see how things are going. Chinchwad is an industrial heart, and you can really feel that energy as soon as you arrive in the morning. It’s definitely not a quiet spot. There are always trucks, forklifts, or company buses moving around outside. Inside the Pdo Building, it’s a bit more settled, but it still feels like a place where real things are being made every hour. We don’t have fancy snacks or a lounge area to relax in. We just have our desks and a small break room where we eat lunch and talk. Most of us have been commuting to this campus for years. The highway is always packed with traffic, so we have to plan our day around the rush. It’s a straightforward job.
