Systeme-D Infoways Llp is over in the Hadapsar area of Pune. We’re in Flat No. 406 at Mayur Geminus, which sits in Ganesh Colony, Shiv Nagar. Hadapsar has grown so much lately, but our little corner remains relatively peaceful. The flat is our main base, and we’ve filled it with everything we need to run the business. It’s got that typical Pune apartment feel—sturdy walls, a small balcony where we sometimes dry our umbrellas during the monsoon, and a kitchen that’s mostly used for making endless rounds of tea. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a sleek office design. We just have some decent desks, comfortable enough chairs, and a lot of computer monitors. Being in Ganesh Colony means we’re close to everything we need, but tucked away enough that we don't get distracted by the main road traffic. We’ve been at Mayur Geminus for a while and the security guards know us by name now. It’s a very normal way to work. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone writing fancy speeches for us. It’s just us, the people who started this, sitting in Flat 406 and handling the daily grind. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power flickers, but we just deal with it and move on. It’s a very human way to run a company.
