We are Synovis Technologies Llp, and our office is based in Pune. You can find us in Shukrawar Peth at the Niramay Society. We are in flat number 15. If you are looking for us, we are right behind the Anand Mangal Karyalay. The address is quite specific with all the plot numbers like 500/4B/3/983/4, but the Karyalay is the best landmark to use. Shukrawar Peth is an old part of the city, so it has a lot of character and it’s usually quite crowded. We are a small partnership firm focused on technology and software work. The office is just a simple flat where we have set up our workstations. It’s not a fancy corporate park or anything like that. We prefer it this way because it’s quiet and we can just focus on our code. We don't have a big team or any people in suits. Most of us just wear regular clothes and spend the day on our computers. We don't use any promotional language or try to sell ourselves too hard. We just tell people what we can do and then we try to do a decent job of it. Sometimes we go for a walk in the neighborhood when we need a break. It’s a very normal, low-key way to run a tech business. We just take it one project at a time.
