We are up on the fourth floor of Sudarshan Dham, right here on the Baner Balewadi Road. It is unit 402, and we are pretty close to the Comfort Zone area, which helps people find us when they are coming by for the first time. Our office for Synchronous Itsynchronous It Services Llp is not one of those massive corporate glass buildings you see in the IT parks. It is more of a local setup where we just get down to work. The street outside can get quite noisy with all the traffic heading towards Balewadi, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We spend most of our time staring at screens and trying to figure out why things aren't syncing up right. There is a small pantry in the corner where someone is usually making tea or coffee. The chairs are a bit old, and the desks are cluttered with notebooks and spare cables. We don't really bother with fancy decorations because we are usually too busy. Sometimes the internet acts up when it rains, and we all just take a break until it comes back. It feels like a real place, not some polished showroom. Most of us live nearby, so the commute is not too bad unless the monsoon floods the main road again. We just show up, do the work, and try to keep things running for the people who need our help.
