We started Synchrobytes Solutions Private Limited because we wanted to do something of our own here in Pune. Our office is tucked away in Flat No. 104 at Bandal Estater, inside the K Majestic building. It isn't a huge space with fancy lobbies, but it works for us. Mostly, we spend our days looking at screens and trying to figure out how to make software behave. A few of us have been friends for a long time before starting this venture. Pune is a busy place, and being in the 411021 area means we deal with the usual traffic and noise, but it's home. Having a big corporate handbook isn't our style. If something needs doing, someone just grabs a chair and gets to it. Sometimes the tea runs out and one of us has to walk down to the local shop. Our team handles a lot of technical tasks that people send our way. It gets stressful when deadlines approach, but that is just how this line of work goes. Since we have been in this spot for a bit, the neighbors in the building know us by now. It’s a quiet enough corner of S No 264/1 once you get inside. We just focus on the projects on our desks. There’s no magic to it, just sitting down and putting in the hours until the job looks right. Keeping things simple is how we like it, just regular people who happen to know a lot about tech and systems.
