Sweetchillie is tucked away in Vidyut Nagar, specifically in the Kawade wadi area at A 30. It’s a bit of a hidden spot if you don’t know the area well. The office is just a simple building where we’ve set up our equipment. We don't have a big team, just a handful of people who show up every morning to get things moving. The atmosphere is very relaxed. We don't really have a dress code or strict rules about when you take your break. As long as the work gets done, everyone is happy. We have a small porch where we sit sometimes when we need to think or just get away from the screens for a minute. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, with just the usual sounds of a residential area. We’ve got some basic furniture that we picked up locally. There is a lot of paper around because we still like to write things down on pads. We drink a lot of chai throughout the day, usually from the kettle we keep in the corner. It’s not a high-tech looking place from the outside, but we have everything we need to do our jobs. We’ve been here for a while and the landlord is a nice guy who leaves us to it. It’s just a regular small business trying to do things right in our own little corner of the city. We don't need much more than that.
