Swarajya Infotech is based out of Shop No. 29, which is situated right near Ambedkar Chowk in Bopodi. We are directly opposite the Patil Complex in the Raghukulnagari area on Aundh Road. If you know the area, you know it gets pretty congested with traffic during the rush hours. Our shop is small, but it’s got everything we need to handle the tech work that comes our way. We’ve got shelves full of old monitors, cables, and various computer components that we’ve collected over the years. It’s just a few of us working here, so it’s a very casual atmosphere. We don’t wear uniforms or have a big corporate handbook. We just help the people who walk in with their broken devices or software problems. Sometimes we’re here late into the night trying to figure out a tricky issue with a motherboard. The noise from Aundh Road is a constant background sound for us. We’ve become friends with the other shop owners around the chowk, and we often grab tea from the stall nearby. It’s a modest way to run a business, but it works for us. We don’t spend time on fancy advertising. Most people find us because they live nearby or someone told them about our little shop. We just try to be honest about what we can fix and what we can’t, and we keep things moving.
